What drives me in my professional life is a desire to make improvements and to be challenged continuously. To me, solving a variety of problems across different environments constitutes just such a challenge. Against this backdrop, managing people and processes plays a central role.

After over 10 years of experience working in both the business and governmental sectors, I established myself as an independent consultant in 2001. The combination of this real-world experience with my educational background, which consists of a Master's degree in Business Management and Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Economics, provides an excellent basis for a successful completion of every assignment.

Assignments can be performed by myself, in collaboration with the client, in collaboration with the client's employees, or in collaboration with fellow consultants.
Assignments can vary from short advices to long-lasting implementation courses.
